US President Donald Trump said during a press conference with Polish Presidetn Andrzej Duda on Tuesday that he will make a decision fairly quickly on bringing US troops home from Syria as soon as the Islamic State (IS, outlawed in Russia) terrorist group is eradicated, which is almost finished.
WASHINGTON (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 19th September, 2018) US President Donald Trump said during a press conference with Polish Presidetn Andrzej Duda on Tuesday that he will make a decision fairly quickly on bringing US troops home from Syria as soon as the Islamic State (IS, outlawed in Russia) terrorist group is eradicated, which is almost finished.
"We have done a tremendous job in Syria and that region of eradicating ISIS [Islamic State], which is why we're there. We're very close to being finished with that job and then we're going to make a determination about what we're going to do," Trump told reporters. "We've done an incredible job over there, but we'll make a decision fairly quickly."
