The order is not applicable to superannuation and sub-judice cases.
Islamabad (Pakistan Point News – 5th September, 2018) Prime Minister Imran Khan has decided not to terminate any government employee regardless of them working on regular, contract, or ad hoc basis.
According to the notification issued by Prime Minister Office, the prime minister has ordered not to terminate the services of any employee, serving in subordinate staff/junior cadre on regular/contract/ad hoc basis, on any grounds including disciplinary action till further order.
The order is however not applicable to superannuation and sub-judice cases.
