New York, (Pakistan Point News – 8th October, 2016) : The United Nations Security Council will vote on a draft resolution on Saturday that urges Russia and the United States to ensure an immediate truce in Syrian city of Aleppo. The resolution drafted by France and Spain also asks for UN-supervised monitoring of a truce and threatens to take further measures on non-compliance by any party. Russia has signaled it would veto the resolution.
