Islamabad (Pakistan Point News – 30th August, 2018) Punjab Information Minister Fayaz ul Hassan Chohan has come under fire for using abusive language in a tv show last night and earlier while addressing a public gathering in Lahore.
In yesterday’s show, the tough questions asked by the anchor apparently angered the provincial minister who lost his cool. This is Samaa, don’t make it Royal news. He then hurled abuses and stood up but was recorded on camera. A leaked footage of Chohan shows him saying, “You guys should be ashamed, is this the way?"
Meanwhile, in another video leaked on social media, the minister speaks about banning 'vulgar' posters outside cinemas. He also made lewd comments at a gathering in Lahore where women were present.
Although, Chohan has apologized for his comments and protested the sharing of off the record clips, these two footages have sparked an outrage on social media against the provincial information minister who seems to lack basic ethics.
