MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 26th August, 2018) At least 16 were killed and another 27 injured in a traffic accident in Bulgaria's Iskar Gorge when a bus collided with cars, went off the road and overturned while passing through the Balkan Mountains, local media reported on Sunday.
Earlier reports indicated 15 dead.
According to the BGNES news agency, there were 33 passengers and a driver on the bus when the accident happened. A total of 13 were killed on the spot, while three others died in the hospital, the media added.
Monday has been declared a day of national mourning over the victims of the crash.
