ISPR congratulates APS attack survivor for securing excellent grades in GCSE exams

In a tweet on Thursday, APS attack survivor Ahmad Nawaz shared that he got 6A*s and 2As in all his eight subjects.

Islamabad (Pakistan Point News – 24th August, 2018) Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Director General Major General Asif Ghafoor has congratulated the survivor of Army Public school (APS) attack in Peshawar for securing good grades in GCSE exams.

In a tweet on Thursday, APS attack survivor Ahmad Nawaz shared that he got 6A*s and 2As in all his eight subjects.

My International GCSE exam result just came out and I am very proud to announce that I got “ 6A*s & 2As “ in my All eight(8) exams Thanks to my parents and all of you for supporting me. This is a big success for me and takes me many steps closer to my admission in Oxford Uni.

Appreciating brave Ahmad Nawaz, the ISPR DG said, Congrats and well done dear @Ahmadnawazaps. You made us all proud and defeated evil forces through your courage, determination and power of education. Good luck for your future pursuits. Stay blessed.”

Ahmad’s younger brother, Haris, was among the victims who died in the deadly attack on schoolchildren on December 16, 2014. Ahmad was shot in the arm during the attack and was flown to the United Kingdom for further treatment.
