MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 22nd August, 2018) The Afghan government will not attend the conference on Afghanistan set to be held in Moscow on September 4, local media reported Wednesday.
"The peace process definitely needs to be carried out under the leadership of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. We will not participate in the Moscow talks," Afghan Foreign Ministry deputy spokesman Sibghat Ahmadi said as quoted by the Tolo news.
