KUBINKA (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 21st August, 2018) Russia and Kazakhstan will sign an agreement to build a launch facility at the Baikonur space center for a new Soyuz-5 rocket, the Roscosmos state space corporation said in a statement obtained by Sputnik.
"The agreement to build the Baiterek rocket facility at the Baikonur cosmodrome will be signed by Director General of the Roscosmos state corporation Dmitry Rogozin and Kazakhstan's Minister of Defense and Aerospace Industry Beibut Atamkulov," it said.
