Upper Dir (Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal Pakistan candidate Inayat Ullah has won PK-12 with 27413 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal Pakistan candidate won in PK-12 Upper Dir-III constituency with 27413 votes. In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Khaliq ur Rehman was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 29157 votes.
The second runner up was Awami National Party candidate Mian Iftikhar Hussain who got 13291 votes. At least 12 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PK-12. In 2013 elections, there were 128049 voters registered in PK-12, out of which 62925 votes were polled out. In 2013 elections, the voter turn-out from this constituency was recorded as 49.14 %.
