Rahimyar Khan (Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Chaudhary Muhammad Shafiq Anwar has won PP-267 with 42272 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate won in PP-267 Rahimyar Khan-XIII constituency with 42272 votes. In 2013 general elections, Bahawalpur National Awami Party candidate Makhdoom Syed Iftakhar Hassan Gillani was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 31926 votes.
The second runner up was Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Hassan Askari Shaikh who got 23655 votes. At least 12 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PP-267. In 2013 elections, there were 152164 voters registered in PP-267, out of which 88881 votes were polled out. In 2013 elections, the voter turn-out from this constituency was recorded as 58 %.
