Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Muhammad Ali Raza Khan Khakwani has won PP-235 with 49725 votes.
Vehari (Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Muhammad Ali Raza Khan Khakwani has won PP-235 with 49725 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate won in PP-235 Vehari-VII constituency with 49725 votes. In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Bilal Akbar Bhatti was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 26324 votes.
The second runner up was Independent candidate Ch Ijaz Sultan Bandaisha Advocate who got 24536 votes. At least 16 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PP-235. In 2013 elections, there were 165366 voters registered in PP-235, out of which 100713 votes were polled out. In 2013 elections, the voter turn-out from this constituency was recorded as 60.90 %.
