Sialkot (Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Rana Muhammad Afzal has won PP-40 with 52456 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate won in PP-40 Sialkot-VI constituency with 52456 votes. In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Karam elahi Bandial was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 45854 votes.
The second runner up was Independent candidate Muhammad Saleha Muhammad Gunjial who got 38541 votes. At least 7 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PP-40. In 2013 elections, there were 159230 voters registered in PP-40, out of which 100931 votes were polled out. In 2013 elections, the voter turn-out from this constituency was recorded as 63.39 %.
