Killa Abdullah (Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Awami National Party candidate Asghar Khan has won PB-23 with 11154 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Awami National Party candidate won in PB-23 Killa Abdullah-III constituency with 11154 votes. In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Nawabzada Jangez Khan Marri was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 5087 votes.
The second runner up was Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Mir Naseebullah Khan Marri who got 2418 votes. At least 21 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PB-23. In 2013 elections, there were 38824 voters registered in PB-23, out of which 15605 votes were polled out. In 2013 elections, the voter turn-out from this constituency was recorded as 40.40 %.
