Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Arbab Amir Ayub has won NA-28 with 74414 votes.
Peshawar (Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Arbab Amir Ayub has won NA-28 with 74414 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate won in NA-28 Peshawar-ll constituency with 74414 votes. In 2013 general elections, Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan candidate Sher Akbar Khan was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 29170 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Mian Moin Uddin who got 23336 votes.
At least 12 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in NA-28. In 2013 elections, there were 360019 voters registered in NA-28, out of which 126255 votes were polled out. In 2013 elections, the voter turn-out from this constituency was recorded as 35.07 %.
