Drug addicts throng PTI’s election camp in Gujranwala

The police arrested three drug dealers

Gujranwala (Pakistan Point News – 23rd July, 2018) Some drug addicts have thronged the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) office in Gujranwala.

Just as the general elections are approaching near, political workers and voters continue to gather at the election offices of political parties.

However, according to media reports, the youth have openly started using rugs in the PTI office in People’s Colony of Gujranwala. The police had arrested drug peddlers and drug addicts from this office earlier too.

The media reports said that police received many complaints following which, they raided the office and arrested three persons on charges of drug dealing.

The PTI officials present in the camp expressed disconnection with these drug addicts, saying they have asked them a number of times not to come here.

The police have registered a case against these drug addicts.

The general elections are scheduled to be held in two days, on July 25. Polling will be held across the country on July 25, in which people will vote for their favorite candidates.

According to political analysts, the political temperature has risen. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PMLN) are expected to have a strong competition in the general elections. However, PTI is stronger than the PMLN in many Constituencies due to which PTI is likely to win these elections.
