Ridiculing student leaves Miftah Ismail in trouble

The student shouted you won’t be able to see people now as you have completed your five years.

Islamabad (Pakistan Point News – 20th July, 2018) Former Finance Minister Miftah Islamil had to face trouble during a tv program when a student wanted to question him.

The student said that he wants to question the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PMLN) leader. To this, the former finance minister said my name is ‘Miftah Islmail’, adding where are you? I can’t see you.

Amid this, the student raised a voice that you won’t be able to see people now as you have completed your five years.

As elections are approaching near, the politicians have started their election campaign and are visiting their Constituencies. However, the voters are questioning the leaders over their performance during the last tenure.

Earlier, according to a news report published in a local newspaper, former former Federal minister and PMLN leader Sardar Awais Leghari had to face voters’ wrath as he went to his constituency NA-191. When Laghari reached Bawata tribal area of his constituency, a youth there raised slogans of ‘PTI Zindabad’ and ‘Imran Khan Zindabad’.

This youth named Jalal said that we don’t have schools, electricity or water in our constituency. “We have been facing difficulties for last 50 years. Our children question us about school and water. We are spending our lives like in the century old times,” he said.

He said that Leghari never asked the people of his constituency after taking votes in the previous elections. “Don’t you feel ashamed to ask for votes again?” he said.

Upon facing these questions, Leghari silently walked away.

According to another news report on a local TV channel, PPP candidates Ehsan Rehman Mazari and Abdul Rauf Khan Khosa had to face outrage as they stepped into the constituency.

The voters questioned about what facilities they gave to the people since last tenure.

Similar incidents have been happening with other political leaders as they have begun their election campaigns.

In another incident, former prime minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi was gathered by voters in Kahuta and asked about his five-year performance. Sikandar Bosan also had to face similar situation in Multan.

Meanwhile, former Law Minister and PMLN leader Zahid Hamid also got surrounded by angry voters as he went in his constituency asking for votes. The voters raised slogans against the PMLN leader who hurriedly left the scene in his car.

Moreover, when Khawaja Saad Rafique was addressing the people during his election campaign, a youngster stood up and said I am the youth of this country and I want to ask a question regarding my future. When the youth was asking his question, Saad saw his mobile phone and said please switch off this phone or his video will go viral on social media.
