Sobia said that she wanted to go with her parents rather stay with her husband Ahtesham
Lahore (Pakistan Point News – 17th July, 2018) In a unique incident of love marriage case, a man attempted to commit suicide as his wife decided to go with her parents.
According to a news report published in a local newspaper, when the wife, named Sobia, in her statement said that she wants to go with her parents rather stay with her husband Ahtesham, he got so upset and emotional that he ate something poisonous and attempted to commit suicide.
A hearing on a love marriage case was held in the Lahore High Court (LHC) where this incident took place.
Ahtesham attempted to commit suicide after coming out from the court room after hearing his wife’s statement. His condition deteriorated as he ate something poisonous from his pocket.
The lawyers immediately shifted him to the LHC laboratory from where he was shifted to hospital for treatment.
The report said that Ahtesham had a love marriage with Sobia. However, it has not been revealed why the girl did not want to go with her husband.
