Lahore (Pakistan Point News – 13th July, 2018) Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PMLN) supremo Nawaz Sharif will reach Pakistan today along with his daughter Maryam Nawaz.
The PMLN workers are expected to gather at the Lahore airport to welcome Nawaz Sharif while as of now, there is no such movement on the part of the PMLN workers in view of the arrangements made by the caretaker government to bar them from coming to the airport.
PMLN president and former Punjab chief minister Shehbaz Sharif has given a video message to mobilize the people.
In his message, the PMLN president addressed the elderly, brothers and sisters that it is a historic day. Today is the day to end state oppression. We have to welcome our leader Nawaz Sharif who is coming back leaving her ailing wife Kulsoom Nawaz in London.
He asked the workers to reach Lahore airport to warm welcome the leader.
Meanwhile, arrangements are in place to deal with any situation arising out of Nawaz Sharif's arrival in Pakistan.
National Accountability Bureau's (NAB) team and the Punjab Government have made arrangements to maintain law and order.
Nawaz Sharif and his daughter are expected to be arrested right from the airport and will be shifted to Adiala Jail.
If any of the PMLN candidates tries to protest the arrest, he will be disqualified through the ECP.
PMLN supremo Nawaz Sharif was in London with his daughter Maryam Nawaz. Meanwhile, the wife of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif, Begum Kulsoom Nawaz also gained a little consciousness on Thursday.
