The Emirates Red Crescent teams managed to defy the harsh and almost inaccessible mountain terrains of the remote Al Qabbaytah district in the Yemeni Governorate of Lahij, to deliver relief assistance to the poor families who moved there to escape the Houthi militia's atrocities.
(Pakistan Point News - 07th Jul, 2018) LAHIJ, 7th July 2018 (WAM) - The Emirates Red Crescent teams managed to defy the harsh and almost inaccessible mountain terrains of the remote Al Qabbaytah district in the Yemeni Governorate of Lahij, to deliver relief assistance to the poor families who moved there to escape the Houthi militia's atrocities.
The teams distributed 500 food baskets to the people on Al Ramaa, Al Asha, Al Kadi, Tawjan and Nekhaila in Al Qabbaytah.
The beneficiaries expressed their thanks and appreciation to the UAE leadership, government and people for their support to their brothers in Yemen.
