Shehbaz Sharif was criticized for 'pan-eating Karanchi' statement
Lahore (Pakistan Point News – 29th June, 2018) The video of Pakistani reporter Chand Nawab had earlier gone viral where he was doing mistakes during a beeper.
However, Chand Nawab rose to fame when his role was featured in Bollywood movie Bajrangi Bhaijan. His beeper was also included in the movie which gave him recognition in both the countries.
Chand Nawab said that the director of Bajrangi Bhaijan has called him and assured him of giving him royalty. However, Chand Nawab’s latest video is also going viral now.
Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PMLN) president Shehbaz Sharif in his recent visit had called the people of ‘Karanchi’ as pan-eating people and said that he will change the city to Lahore. The PMLN leader was widely criticized for his racist remarks.
Chand Nawab prepared a report in his same accent for what he is known for. He did mistakes while speaking on purpose, making people laugh on his report.

The people of Karachi were greatly offended by the remarks of PMLN president Shehbaz Sharif.
“I will turn the pan-eating Karanchi into Lahore,” he said as he was in Karachi to kick off his election campaign.
The opposition parties and Karachi-ites alike have criticized Shehbaz Sharif over these remarks which are being termed by them as ‘racist’.
Meanwhile, it has created a whole new debate on social media denouncing the PMLN president’s act calling the people of Karachi as pan-eaters.
