Karachi, (Pakistan Point News – 1st October, 2016) : Progressive work of different energy power projects to produce 800MW electricity by 2018 is underway in Sindh. A Spokesman of Sindh Government said that Hyderabad Correspondent Noor Hussain Chand that 660 MW electricity will be produced from Thar coal field by end of 2018. He said that 100 MW electricity will be produced from five solar power plants in District, Jamshoro, Sukkur and Larkana while another hundred MW electricity will be produced from wind mills in Jhampir near Thatta District.
