Islamabad: 7th National Youth Peace Festival Has Begun

Islamabad, (Pakistan Point News – 29th September, 2016) : The 7th National Youth Peace Festival has begun in Islamabad. The event is organised by Chanan Development Organisation with the cooperation of Youth Parliament. Boys and girls from the four provinces, Gilgit Baltistan and FATA will participate in the debates on the National Action Plan, Vision 2025, religious harmony, Kashmir dispute and other issues. Participants of the festival will work for peace in their respective areas after attending the event. Minister of State Balighur Rehman was chief guest at the event. He appreciated the organizers for providing such a platform to the youth where they can not only discuss peace but also devise a mutually agreed strategy to counter threats to peace.
