Lahore (Pakistan Point News - 7th Jun, 2018 ) According to a Gilani Research Foundation Survey carried out by Gallup & Gilani Pakistan, 57% Pakistanis believe that the responsibility of managing home and children should be equally divided between couples. 18% say otherwise. A nationally representative sample of men and women from across the four provinces was asked, “To what extent do you agree or disagree with the following statement: the responsibility of managing home and children should be equally divided between a couple.” In response to this question, 27% said strongly agree, 30% said somewhat agree, 22% said neither agree nor disagree, 15% said somewhat disagree and 3% said strongly disagree. 3% did not know or did not wish to respond.
