RTA discusses service improvement with nol users

DUBAI, (Pakistan Point News - 31st May, 2018) The Customers Council at the Roads and Transport Authority, RTA, in Dubai recently held a meeting with nol Card users at RTA’s head office. The event, which saw the participation of individuals and institutions, echoes the council's strategy to communicate with all community segments benefiting from RTA’s services and probe their needs and expectations.

Mohammed Obaid Al Mulla, RTA board Member cum Chairman of Customers Council, and Khalid Al Awadi, Director of Automated Fare Collection Systems, among other directors of concerned departments of the RTA attended the meeting.

During the meeting, extensive discussions were held, including ideas for increasing the number of nol card consoles in a number of regions, as well as increasing the use of nol cards to include other services such as vehicle fees, vehicle registration, and other services. Some major retail outlets will increase the range of electronic wallet uses to include Salik stocking and other services Al Mulla highlighted the need for excellence in bringing happiness to all recipients of RTA services, including users of nol card. He described nol card as one of the vital services offered by the RTA to mass transit users be it residents, visitors or tourists.
