Islamabad: National Assembly And Senate Session To Be Held Today

Islamabad, (Pakistan Point News – 26th September, 2016) : The session of National Assembly and the Senate will be held today. The opposition parties will try to get the Panama leaks Bill approved in the Senate during the session. The Senate session will begin at 3 pm while National Assembly session will start at 5 pm. A consultation meeting of the parliamentary leaders of opposition parties will also be held before the Senate session to chalk out the strategy to get the said bill approved. The meeting will be chaired by Leader of Opposition in the Senate Aitizaz Ahsan. Meanwhile, important issues including Pak-India tension, Kashmir, and prime minister’s address at the UN General Assembly will also be discussed during the National Assembly session.
