Meetings being held to address Nisar’s concerns and pacify him
Islamabad (Pakistan Point News - 19th Apr, 2018) Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif and senior party leader Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan have again called on each other on Thursday.
The two PMLN leaders discussed political situation and party matters during the meeting. According to media reports, PMLN president Shehbaz Sharif arrived to Islamabad today and met Ch Nisar there. The meeting was held at Punjab House. The reservations of Ch Nisar also came under discussion during the meeting.
This is the third meeting between Sharif and Nisar where Sharif has tried to address Nisar’s concerns and pacify him. Nisar is infuriated at the party leadership while rumors regarding him leaving the party have also been making rounds. Nisar is also considering contesting elections as an independent candidate.
