Says Abbasi visit was to make sure Sharif faces no trouble in jail in case he is imprisoned
Islamabad (Pakistan Point News - 11th Apr, 2018) Veteran journalist Arif Nizami while talking on a tv program has said that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PMLN) leader Hanif Abbasi might have visited Adiala Jail for there are rumors that Nawaz Sharif has to go to jail. Abbasi would have gone to make sure that in case Sharif is imprisoned, he should not face any trouble in the jail. He can later get a bail but he has to be taken care of in jail as well. Nizami said that I don’t have any information regarding the matter but former president Asif Ali Zardari has also been in jail, that too a bad one, not a luxurious one. The anchor of the show said that sources also claim that the objective behind Abbasi’s visit to Adiala Jail was to provide a comfortable environment for Nawaz Sharif in case he has to face such a situation.
