PM Nawaz set off to US to attend UNGA session

Islamabad, (Pakistan Point News – 17th September, 2016) : Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has left for US to attend United Nations’ General Assembly (UNGA) session. The Prime Minister will also meet with different head of states and important world leaders at the sideline of UNGA during his visit. PM Nawaz will address the UN General Assembly session tentatively on September 21 during which he will highlight Kashmir issue and Indian atrocities and violence against innocent Kashmiris in the Occupied Valley.

The Premier will also raise the issues of Indian interference in Pakistan especially in Balochistan and supporting terrorism in the country. This will be the fourth address of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to UNGA during his current tenure. The Premier will also attend the conference convened by US President Barak Obama regarding refugees. He will also hold meetings with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, US Secretary of State John Kerry, Saudi Crown Prince Shehzada Muhammad bin Naef and other world leaders, during which he will discuss Indian violence in Kashmir, interference in Pakistan, China-Pakistan Economic Corridor and other issues of mutual interests.
