Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) spokesperson Fawad Chaudhry had given a statement about taking the nation into confidence regarding the meeting between Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar and Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi
Islamabad (Pakistan Point News - 29th Mar, 2018 ) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) spokesperson Fawad Chaudhry had given a statement about taking the nation into confidence regarding the meeting between Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar and Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi. Reacting to the statement in a tv program, PTI leader and senior lawyer Naeem Bukhari said that Fawad Chaudhry is like my younger brother and my son. “Do you think the chief justice would take your permission if he should meet someone or not? Are you related to the chief justice or the prime minister? Which nation should he take into confidence?” Bukhari said.
“He had only taken the judges into confidence and met the prime minister. Don’t you trust him even a little? Do you think he would agree if the prime minister requests him to give verdicts of a couple of cases in his favor?” he further said. He went on to say, “You yourself are a lawyer and you should know that it does not work like this.”
