According to a Gilani Research Foundation Survey carried out by Gallup & Gilani Pakistan, 58% Pakistanis believe that an educated person has a better chance to succeed in life than an illiterate person

Lahore(Pakistan Point News - 21st Mar, 2018 ) According to a Gilani Research Foundation Survey carried out by Gallup & Gilani Pakistan, 58% Pakistanis believe that an educated person has a better chance to succeed in life than an illiterate person. A nationally representative sample of men and women from across the four provinces was asked, “Suppose Aslam and Wasim are two friends, Aslam is illiterate while Wasim is educated. In your view, what are the chances that Wasim is better than Aslam in different fields of life; what are the chances that Wasim is able to succeed more in life than Aslam because of education?” In response to this question, 58% said a lot, 31% said somewhat and 9% said not at all. 2% did not know or wish to respond.
