Activists of All Pakistan Muslim League (APML) have congratulated and offered their best wishes for Dr Muhammad Amjad for being elected President of the party
Islamabad, (Pakistan Point News - 13th Feb, 2018) : Activists of All Pakistan Muslim League (APML) have congratulated and offered their best wishes for Dr Muhammad Amjad for being elected President of the party. The APML workers Tuesday paid a visit to the central secretariat to express their commitment with the party and to congratulate Dr Amjad. The newly elected President also reiterated his commitment working for the party with even more zeal and zest.
The APML central executive committee elected Dr Amjad as President of the party and General Council endorsed the decision. Later party leaders and worker congratulated Dr Amjad. Party workers pledged their full support for the party and also lauded Dr Amjad's efforts for the APML. Dr Amjad thanked all leaders and party workers and said that together they will make APML a popular party in the country and will convey party Chairman General (Retd) Pervez Musharraf's message to every nook and corner of the country.
He said that workers are our asset and pride, and we will organize this party at every level of public sphere. It is worth to mention here that Dr Amjad has a long standing relationship with General Musharraf and he remained associated with the party in every thick and thin despite invitations from other political parties. Previously he had been serving as Secretary General of the party. He also kept the party intact and united.
