SKARDU, (Pakistan Point News - 12th Feb, 2018) : The district food authority sealed two shops and issues notices to more than a dozen others for selling substandard food items here on Monday. The district administration team headed by Food Inspector Hussain Khan Akhwanzada conducted operation against the elements selling substandard food items in different areas of Skardu. During operation, the district administration sealed Indus Traders and Ghani Rice for selling substandard food items while notices were issued to more than a dozen others. Speaking on the occasion, Inspector Food Hussain Khan Akhwanzada said that sale of substandard food items were resulting in spread of diseases therefore no comprise will be made and strict action with be taken against the elements involved in illegal practice.
