LAHORE ,(Pakistan Point News - 01st Feb, 2018 ) The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Thursday issued notices to Punjab government and police on a petition seeking the removal of barriers at several places of the provincial capital. According to details, the places include Nawaz Sharif’s residence Jati Umra, Chief Minister House, Inspector General Office and others. Justice Shahid Kareem conducted hearing of the plea filed by Azhar Siddique who has adopted stance that blocking the routes is a violation of basic rights. The petitioner has requested the court to direct the authorities to remove the barricades and open the routes. The court after hearing the arguments issued notices to the relevant authorities.
