Imran cannot be given death sentence solely on the basis of DNA Sample; lack of further evidence can lead to suspect’s bail:

An investigative officer, assigned to solve zainab murder case told Media that in 2016, Supreme Court ruled that a suspect cannot be given death sentence solely on the basis of DNA sample. Two rape and murder suspects were also given bail on the same ground. Polygraph test of suspect Imran will be presented before court as helping evidence, but most of Investigative and police officers believe it will not be sufficient to prove Imran guilty.
