Two street criminals, pickpocket arrested in Capital

The Crime Investigation Agency (CIA) of Islamabad Police arrested three outlaws involved in street crime and looting passengers during travel in metro buses.

ISLAMABAD, (Pakistan Point News - 24th Jan, 2018 ) : The Crime Investigation Agency (CIA) of Islamabad Police arrested three outlaws involved in street crime and looting passengers during travel in metro buses. The spokesman of Islamabad Police said that Senior Superintendent of Police (Operations) Najeeb ur Rehman Bugvi assigned the task to SP (Investigation) Zubair Ahmed Sheikh to ensure arrests of those involved in street crime and looting passengers during travel.

He constituted a special team headed by DSP Ashraf Shah including ASIs Zafar Iqbal, Iftikhar Ahmed, Zulfiqar Ahmed, Constable Asad Ali and others. This team worked hard and succeeded to arrest two street criminals Asif Iqbal and Muhammad Khan besides recovery of four mobile phones. Meanwhile, an accused Javed Ishaq was arrested for looting passengers during travel in metro buses. Separate cases were registered against the detainees and further investigation was underway from them.
