TAKHT BHAI, (Pakistan Point News - 16th Jan, 2018) : The police busted two-member inter-provincial car lifter gang, recovered five stolen vehicles here on Tuesday. Addressing a press conference at Takht Bhai press club, ASP Muhammad Usman Tipu said that the district police arrested head of inter-provincial car lifter gang, Janas s/o Burhanuddin resident of Parhoti Mardan and his cohort Gulistan s/o Muhammad Shireen hailing from AJK during a crackdown. On information provided by detainees, five vehicles stolen from different areas of the district were recovered. Raids were being conducted to arrest four other members of the gang identified as Ali Zar, Arshad, Alamgeer and Rafique. The culprits were involved in stealing vehicles, changing their chases number and selling them in others districts of the province.
