LAHORE (Pakistan Point News - 15th Jan, 2018) : As the next election coming close the political parties specially ruling PML-N has started drafting of strategy amid court decision against them as another consultative meeting with the chair of deposed prime minister Nawaz Sharif of the party held in Jati Umra Lahore and next Senate and general elections were discussed in details. The Chief Minister Punjab Shehbaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz, Khawaja Saad Rafique and former finance minister Shaukat Tareen were present on the occasion.
According to sources, Nawaz Sharif directed the Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi to complete all the ongoing development work with transparency and no stone left turn for the purpose. The issues of next election strategy and party public gatherings, the situation of Balochistan after the election of new chief minister and January 17 protest announced by the Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) and other opposition parties. Meeting has also decided to hold public rally on January 19 in Gujranwala that will be addressed by the CM Punjab Shehbaz Sharif and on January 20 in Haripur will be addressed by party head Nawaz Sharif. After the meeting Mayram Nawaz left for MPA Majid Zahoor office to review the ongoing uplift projects and to discuss various issues being faced by the area
