MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 03rd October, 2022) Moscow doe not intend to introduce visas for Ukrainian citizens arriving in Russia, Deputy Foreign Minister Yevgeny Ivanov said on Monday.
"No, we have no such plans," Ivanov told reporters.
Kiev introduced visas for Russians starting from July 1.
