MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 29th December, 2021) A magnitude 6.1 earthquake hit off the coast of the Greek island of Crete on Wednesday morning, the European Mediterranean Seismological Center said.
The earthquake occurred at 05:08 GMT. The epicenter was located 89 kilometers south of Heraklion (55 miles), according to the EMSC.
