BERLIN (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 12th November, 2021) The German government's deputy spokeswoman Ulrike Demmer on Friday did not say if outgoing Chancellor Angela Merkel took Russian President Vladimir Putin's advice on direct talks between the EU and Minsk to solve the migration crisis.
"We can not disclose details of confidential negotiations," Demmer told reporters.
