MINSK (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 12th July, 2021) Belarus decided to close several foreign non-governmental organizations as their activities were destructive and plans to pay more attention to the work of such NGOs, Foreign Minister Vladimir Makei said.
"An appropriate decision was made to close a number of foreign non-governmental organizations in Belarus. This applies to various political funds, party funds, for example, German [NGOs], a number of NGOs in the United States of America. And all other ... and other European states. Therefore, we intend to continue to pay serious attention to the work of foreign non-governmental organizations in Belarus," Makei told RT.
