ISLAMABAD: (UrduPoint/Pakistan Point News-June 23rd, 2021) Prime Minister Imran Khan chaired a special meeting of recently established National Intelligence Coordination Committee (NICC) at Inter-Services Intelligence Secretariat Islamabad on Wednesday.
A comprehensive briefing followed by discussion on enhanced intelligence cooperation was held.
The Prime Minister appreciated the ongoing efforts and expressed satisfaction over the performance of National Intelligence Coordination Committee.
The meeting was attended by Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed, Minister for Information and Broadcasting Fawad Chaudhary and the Heads of Services' Intelligence Agencies, Intelligence Bureau and Federal Investigation Agency.
National Intelligence Coordination Committee, a platform for Intelligence Coordination for unified and wholesome National Intelligence Assessment, was notified by the Government on January 22 this year.
