SC Acquits Murderer After 8 Years

ISLAMABAD, (Pakistan Point News – 30th March, 2017) : Supreme Court has acquitted a criminal sentenced for a murder case. The accused was sentenced to death by Trial Court however, was challenged in Supreme Court. The hearing took place under Justice Asif Saeed Khosa in which the criminal was acquitted as the prosecutor has no valid proof against the murder. The criminal Abudul Baqi is accused of killing Muhammad Ali in 2009 with an ax. However, the medical report and the prosecutor statements are contradictory, hence the accused is free to go.
