DUBAI, (Pakistan Point News – 27th March, 2017) : Heavy rain has disrupted the daily routine in Duabi, Sharjah and other states of United Arab Emirates (UAE). Emergency have been declared in the hilly areas of Ras al-Khaimah and Fujairah. Foreign news agency informed that it is raining cats and dogs in UAE which has confounded with the routine of people. Traffic jams have also troubled people because of the rain in Dubai.
