MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 28th January, 2021) The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) adopted on Thursday a resolution ratifying the mandate of the Russian delegation by a 107-36 vote with 24 abstentions.
