A recent post on Urwa Hocane’s Facebook page said that the Royal Wedding reminded us of our own love story of Urwa Farhan
Lahore (Pakistan Point News – 24th May, 2018) Actress Mawra Hocane has come up to support sister Urwa Hocane as she got trolled over a recent post on her Facebook page comparing Urwa and Farhan Saeed’s wedding to royal wedding.
The admin of the Facebook page of Pakistani tv and film actress Urwa Hocane said that the royal wedding reminded her of her own wedding with Farhan Saeed.
In a recent post by the admin of her Facebook page, it was said, “The Royal Wedding of Meghan and Harry gave us butterflies. It reminded us of our own love story of Urwa Farhan which was crafted a year ago and was trending like wildfire on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.”
Some pictures of the two couples, comparing the wedding were also shared in the post.
The post backfired as people started asking why Sonam Kapoor’s wedding did not remind her of her wedding. People said it was okay if they stayed till Bollywood and not extend themselves to the Royal Wedding as they are Pakistani locals.
However, clarifying the post, Urwa in her comment to online publication Something Haute, put the blame on her time.
“First of all, I’d like to clarify that I didn’t do that post. Someone on my team got a bit carried away with the royal wedding and posted that it reminded them of my wedding. Which is quite sweet actually,” she said.
Following this, Mawra also came up in sister’s support saying, “Royal or not, every ones wedding day is extraordinary for them (no one compared) and we must only show them love.”
The actress said that she usually does not address the trolls but why would you mock your own for anyone else? “Also trolling is so last year. Move on!” she added.
