Tabuk, July (پاکستان پوائنٹ نیوز 28 يوليو 2026ء) The Saudi Press Agency toured horse stables in the region and met with a number of female riders. Equestrian trainer Sara Al-Mashiti noted that the sport has witnessed notable participation in recent years, given the physical and skill-related benefits it provides, in addition to its role in developing self-confidence and discipline.
Regarding her experience with horses, rider Dalal Al-Aida said that she began by wanting to try a new hobby before it turned into a passion and a continuous activity, until equestrian sport became an outlet for the pressures of daily work.
The riders added that equestrian sport has undergone a notable transformation in recent years, shifting for many girls from a mere hobby into a competitive activity. Family support, the availability of female trainers, and the growing number of stables have contributed to encouraging girls to take up the sport.
