Makkah, July (پاکستان پوائنٹ نیوز 24 يوليو 2026ء) In a statement issued by the MWL General Secretariat, Secretary-General and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Al-Issa denounced these dangerous violations, which inflame the sentiments of Muslims around the world, as they constitute a grave assault on the sanctity of Islamic holy sites. He warned against the dangers of Israel's continued violations of the historical and legal status of the holy sites in occupied East Jerusalem, as well as relevant international laws.
Al-Issa stressed the urgent need for the international community to uphold its moral and legal responsibilities by taking immediate action to halt these violations. He also highly commended the statement issued in this regard by the foreign ministers of Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, Pakistan, Indonesia, Türkiye, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates, affirming their commitment to confronting all Israeli violations in the occupied Palestinian territories and their steadfast solidarity with the Palestinian people.
