The Airbus A350-1000 will serve as a cornerstone of Riyadh Air's long-haul operations, enabling the carrier to connect Riyadh with major destinations across Asia, Europe, Oceania, North America, and beyond.
The announcement further strengthens Riyadh Air's progress toward building a global network following the launch of its first scheduled commercial service between Riyadh (RUH) and London Heathrow (LHR) on June 10 using its new fleet. The move marks another milestone in the airline's long-term strategy to build one of the world's newest and most efficient fleets.
Riyadh Air's sustainability strategy is underpinned by a long-term agreement with Rolls-Royce to provide TotalCare services. The airline is committed to operating its fleet on 100% sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) by 2030, reinforcing its efforts to reduce carbon emissions and support sustainable expansion.
