The project covers an area of more than 21,000 square meters under a 25-year investment contract.
The site is distinguished by its high population density, diverse surrounding commercial activities, and ease of access. The opportunity allows investors to utilize up to 25% of the total site area for commercial, educational, healthcare, and sports activities, contributing to service diversification and ensuring the project's long-term operational sustainability.
The second opportunity involves the establishment, operation, and maintenance of a warehouse on Al-Hakam bin Uyaynah Road in the Abu Markha neighborhood. The project covers a total area of 12,530 square meters under a 20-year investment contract, with a grace period of up to 19 months.
The project aims to support the efficiency of logistics services by providing facilities that enhance supply chain performance and strengthen the attractiveness of investment in the logistics sector.
The municipality emphasized that offering these opportunities forms part of its efforts to develop the investment environment and maximize the utilization of municipal assets, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 to advance urban development and enhance the quality of life. It invited investors to review the opportunities and submit applications through the Furas portal.
